As a self-taught sugar artist with over 20 years of home-baking experience, I strive to design and create a cake that reflects not only your taste, but the style and theme of your occasion. The cake design process begins with you. The more details the better — fabric on a gown, favorite china pattern, invitation, favorite flowers, or hobbies.
My cakes can be simple or works of art. Many customers tell me that my cakes are too pretty to cut; but when they do, they are very pleased with the taste as well. Pretty is nice, but ultimately it has to taste good!
